Obtain a CRUE (Certificate of Registration of Citizens of the European Union)

Where : Balcão Único or City Hall of the area of residence

The Registration Certificate, which formalises the right of residence in Portugal, must be applied for if the EU (European Union)/EEA (European Economic Area)/Switzerland citizen stays in the country for more than three months.

Until this period, they only need to have a valid ID card or passport.

Within 30 days after the 3 months of entering the national territory. 
- A valid ID card/passport.
- Declaration, on honour, that you are working in a subordinate or independent professional activity in Portugal.
Or
- Declaration, on honour, that you have sufficient resources for yourself and your family members.

It costs EUR 15.00.  valid for 5 years
