It can be done through the e-Balcão

First you have to ask for the access password to your online account at the Tax Office.

This process can take at least 1 week because the password will be sent by letter to the address registered with your fiscal number.

First of all, you have to check if this address has been updated with the one of your current residence.

Just click on "caderneta" to access the caderneta predial and print the document or register it in PDF.

This procedure may take at least a week, as the password will be sent by post to the address registered on your tax number.
